Overnight Hygiene

Saturday - Wednesday nights 10pm - 7am

Carry out thorough cleaning and sanitisation of production machinery, equipment and production lines during overnight shifts.

• Clean floors, work surfaces, food-contact areas and other designated production areas to a high standard.

• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures and hygiene standards at all times.

• Safely dismantle, clean and reassemble machinery and equipment where required.

• Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and PPE safely and in accordance with company procedures.

• Ensure all cleaning is completed within the required timeframes to allow production to commence on schedule.

• Identify and report any damaged equipment, maintenance issues or hygiene concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

• Maintain accurate cleaning records and complete relevant checklists.

• Follow all company Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety and hygiene requirements.

• Work as part of the night cleaning team and support other cleaning duties as required.

Starting pay €15.65
