The Business Process Consultant

Role

Responsible for designing and optimizing IT Asset Management processes using ServiceNow SAM Pro, HAM Pro, Discovery, and CMDB

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design To-Be processes.
• Work with business stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, and administrators.
• License & Entitlement Management: Configure complex publisher packs (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe), software models, contracts, downgrade/upgrade rights, and metrics
• Integrations: Design data flows between SAM Pro and endpoint tools
• Governance & Compliance:Establish audit-readiness strategies, compliance reporting baselines, and dashboards for software utilization and risk mitigation.
• Manage hardware lifecycle from procurement and deployment to return, retirement, and disposal.
• Define Discovery and CMDB requirements and ensure accurate asset/CI data.
• Create process flows, user stories, functional requirements, and UAT scenarios.
• Support testing, implementation, reporting, governance, and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and data-quality improvement.

Note: Candidate must have worked as BPC in ITAM implementation project using ServiceNow.
