This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite at our Des Peres location.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree required; doctorate preferred.
- RN preferred but not required.
- Clinical or public health background required.
- Experience supporting large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis, and executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, change management, continuous improvement, and organizational coordination.
- Deep understanding of nursing practice, workforce challenges, and healthcare operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with outside stakeholders or vendors to secure support for project goals toadvance the organization’s objectives.
- Interfaces with senior leadership to communicate opportunities, issues and generalknowledge of relationships with outside of the organization providers or vendors to ensure strong working relationships.
- Develops strategic plans and infrastructure to align with defined business goals.
- Directs program through evolving program creation, management tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Recommends program budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change.
- Communicates and documents program quality outcomes and progress metrics.
- Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

-  Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE
- Seven years’ experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Rare climbing.
