Testing Manager

Project Overview

The DLA Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Development and Sustainment program supports modernization, enhancement, and sustainment of a mission-critical defense procurement and payment platform comprising approximately 34 applications.

The program focuses on enterprise software modernization, legacy-code refactoring, Agile/DevSecOps delivery, AWS GovCloud operations, CI/CD automation, cybersecurity, AI/ML integration, automated testing, and improved system performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Leads analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
• Translate complex program requirements into testable
• Analyzes and recommends test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Manages and works effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
• Apply complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.
• Develops overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
• Apply test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
• Apply use cases and user stories to create test cases.

Minimum Requirements:

Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

• Must have Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Quality gates, test coverage, release readiness, configuration controls.
• Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance testing, automation testing and release management
• Experience in an Agile Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test
• Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testable
• Experience analyzing and recommending test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Bachelor or Master degree is required
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical
