About The Job:

  • Owns testing for site rollouts and verifies each release works successfully before it goes live.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop comprehensive testing plans and strategies, including test automation.
• Ensure testing best practices are followed and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
• Participate in release planning by providing testing estimates and defining testing strategies, including automation approaches.

Qualifications:
Must Have Skills

• Plan and automate testing for site rollouts, including regression testing, smoke testing, and site-acceptance checks.
• Work according to best practices with a strong focus on speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide realistic testing estimates and contribute testing strategies during release planning activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting GxP and UAT sign-offs, with an understanding of audit evidence requirements and compliance documentation.
• Ability to build reusable automated test suites that scale as new sites go live, minimizing repetitive manual testing efforts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Test Automation.
• Strong experience in test planning, automation strategy, and release validation.
• Hands-on expertise in regression, smoke, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and release management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with development, business, and release teams to ensure high-quality deployments.
