• Design and maintain automation scripts using Katalon and Playwright.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Manage defects through closure and ensure high-quality releases.
• Review test deliverables and mentor junior team members.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and remove technical roadblocks.
• Collaborate with business, development, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and QA best practices.
