Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and certified X-Ray Operator to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment. The candidate will ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and compliance with medical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate X-ray machines to produce diagnostic images as per physician instructions

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly

• Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images

• Ensure radiation safety protocols are strictly followed

• Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment regularly

• Keep accurate patient records and imaging documentation

• Follow hospital and regulatory guidelines (AERB standards)

• Assist radiologists in advanced imaging procedures when required

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology

• Valid AERB certification (mandatory)

• Registration with relevant medical or paramedical council

• 1–3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician (preferred)

• Freshers may be considered for junior roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and patient-handling skills

• Ability to work in shifts

• Basic computer and medical record system knowledge

Preferred Experience

• Experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, or imaging clinics
