🇸🇰 Test Manager / QA Lead (German-speaking)

As aTest Manager for German projects, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and aligningtest strategies for implementation and transformation projects

• Steeringtest preparation and execution activities across teams and workstreams

• Ensuring excellent quality and consistency oftest documentation (plans, concepts, evidence, reporting)

• Providing consistent and transparenttest progress reporting to stakeholders (status, risks, decisions, defect trends)

• Demonstrating aproactive approach to using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Power BI, etc.) and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support informed decision-making, solve complex problems, and embrace continuous learning in a rapidly evolving workplace.

Requirements of the role:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience as aTest Manager on large-scale projects, ideally within anITIL environment

• Banking and/or insurance domain experience is a strong plus

• Strong skills in managing external and internal stakeholders; confident in a client-facing consulting setting

• Experience usingGerman (C1) andEnglish (B2-C1) in a professional environment

• ISTQB certification (Expert level or equivalent) is a plus—practical delivery experience is key

• Experience with test tools such asAzure Test Plans / Azure DevOps,Micro Focus ALM,Jira Xray,Jira,Confluence,Selenium,UiPath,SoapUI

• Ability to apply or enabletest automation (e.g., UI browser-based testing with Selenium; SAP Solution Manager / Azure DevOps / Micro Focus ALM where applicable)
