Role: Test Lead Analyst – ADMS/OMS
Location:Sacramento, CA – Hybrid (onsite Tuesday–Thursday; occasional Mondays and Fridays as needed)
Duration: January 4, 2027 – December 31, 2027


Summary: Seeking an experienced Test Lead Analyst to support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ADMS/OMS Monarch and Compass applications on the OSI AspenTech ADMS platform. The candidate will develop and execute test plans, validate application functionality and interfaces, manage defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with business stakeholders, end users, technical teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop executable test plans and scripts based on business and functional requirements.
  • Perform functional, end-user, integration, regression, and performance testing across ADMS/OMS Monarch and Compass applications and interfaces.
  • Diagnose application issues, conduct debugging and root cause analysis, document findings, and coordinate defect resolution with vendors and internal teams.
  • Record, reproduce, and report defects; participate in resolution sessions and validate fixes.
  • Perform post-testing data cleanup, including reviewing, correcting, deleting, and re-entering data.
  • Document test results and compare actual outcomes against expected results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor SMEs, communicate testing progress, and provide occasional end-user support.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and risks; participate in meetings, planning sessions, and reviews.
  • Maintain testing documentation and comply with security, confidentiality, and other applicable policies.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Minimum2 years of experience with OSI AspenTech ADMS Monarch applications.
  • Minimum2 years of experience with OSI AspenTech OMS and Compass applications.
  • Minimum7 years of testing and quality assurance experience.
  • Prior experience and understanding ofGIS models.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with test automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with defect-tracking tools such as Client ALM or Jira.
  • 2–3 years of experience creating process maps and translating them into test plans and test scripts.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative development methodologies.
