Key Responsibilities
🎵Talent Scouting – Identify and sign new artists aligned with our label’s vision.
🤝Industry Networking – Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, producers, and key players in the music industry.
📈Market & Streaming Analysis – Use data-driven insights to identify promising artists and trends.
🎙️Creative Development – Guide artists in songwriting, production, and overall artistic direction.
💡Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with marketing, digital, and distribution teams to plan releases.
📆Live Events & Shows – Attend concerts, showcases, and industry events to stay connected with the latest music movements
