Job description :
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for DMS platform applications and integrations.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for real-time distribution management systems.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning support.
- Collaborate with development and integration teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Validate compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including reports and traceability matrices.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending automation strategies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in testingDMS, SCADA,or real-time control systems.
- Strong understanding ofDMS platforms, system architecture, and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting (Python, Shell, or similar).
- Familiarity with communication protocols (ICCP, DNP3, Modbus) and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with leading DMS platforms (Client, Siemens, Schneider, OSI).
- Knowledge of energy distribution operations and grid management technologies.
- Exposure to performance testing, cybersecurity validation, and cloud-based environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
