Test Director

Position Title: Test Director

Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized) 

Clearance required: SECRET 

Scope of Work: Directs testing for ONR Code 32 research and development programs, including field testing and evaluation and data analysis. Supports the integration, demonstration, and transition of S&T programs across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support DoD research and development programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis 
• Report at short notice on relevant program technologies and capabilities for executive audiences 
• Support the integration, demonstration, and transition of S&T programs 
• Coordinate across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas 

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance 
• U.S. citizenship 
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 
• Five (5) years of experience with DoD R&D programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis 

Desired:

• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience
• Knowledge of Future Naval Capabilities and Innovative Naval Prototypes 
• Experience translating operational requirements into system technology solutions
