Project Overview
Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program with Evernorth, building a new cloud-native pharmacy benefit management (PBM) platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capabilities and client business in waves.
Client leads Program Management and Governance, Integrated Delivery Management, and Operating Model and Readiness through an Orchestration Hub that coordinates two delivery arms—capability build and integration/re-implementation—across approximately 16 functional workstreams.
Role Overview
TheTest Data Lead Engineer will own production-scale test data as a product across the program.
This includes:
- Test data subsetting and generation
- Maintaining referential integrity across systems
- Certified masking of PHI and PII
- Test data refresh cadence
- Storage and compute footprint in lower environments
- Supporting test data requirements across both delivery arms
- Establishing and maintaining consistent test data and masking standards
- Planning demand into the refresh calendar and capacity
- Balancing realistic production-scale data volumes against cost, performance, and regulatory compliance
The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing test data capabilities within alarge, complex, regulated enterprise environment, preferably within healthcare or another highly regulated industry.
