Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with strong expertise in Healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM). The ideal candidate will have clinical domain knowledge, hands-on manual testing experience, and familiarity with PBM systems and tools such as RxClaim, EZQuery, and EZTest. Experience with .NET/C# and SDET practices is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end manual testing for healthcare and PBM applications.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

• Validate healthcare benefit structures, claims processing, and PBM-related functionality.

• Apply clinical and healthcare domain knowledge to identify potential risks and testing gaps.

• Work with RxClaim (AS400), EZQuery, and EZTest tools for testing and validation.

• Utilize SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.

• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.

• Communicate testing progress, issues, risks, and results effectively to technical and business teams.

• Support test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

• Analyze problems, collect and validate data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions.

• Participate in Agile/project meetings and contribute to continuous process and quality improvements.

• Interact professionally with senior leadership and effectively communicate testing status and recommendations.

• Understand the impact of Federal and State healthcare regulations and agencies on healthcare systems and testing requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Healthcare and PBM testing.

• Strong PBM domain knowledge.

• Strong clinical/healthcare knowledge.

• Hands-on experience with RxClaim (AS400).

• Strong manual testing experience.

• Experience with EZQuery and EZTest.

• Understanding of Health Plan benefit structures.

• Knowledge of Federal and State healthcare agencies and legislation.

• Experience with SQL and database queries preferred.

• Experience with .NET/C# in an SDET or test automation environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with myPBM.

• Additional experience in healthcare claims, pharmacy benefits, or clinical systems.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
