Location: Marshfield, WI

Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 per year (pending experience)

Bonus: $10,000 sign‑on bonus + profit sharing

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Sport & Spine Clinic of Marshfieldis an outpatient physical therapy practice dedicated to high‑quality, evidence‑based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are seeking an experienced and motivatedPhysical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering an opportunity to guide a high‑performing team while supporting clinic growth and operational excellence.

• Oversee patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence‑based care
• Review referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions
• Supervise and mentor clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation technicians
• Support complex patient cases through direct care as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports
• Develop and monitor individualized plans of care and treatment goals
• Promote effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
• Oversee clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
• Contribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth initiatives

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
• CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively in an autonomous outpatient setting
• Basic computer skills, including EMR systems and MS Office
• Experience with balance and vestibular rehabilitation preferred (or willingness to learn)
