Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for aSenior Full-Stack SaaS Engineer to take ownership of building and scaling a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will work across the backend, web dashboard, mobile applications, third-party integrations, infrastructure, and security.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the founder in a lean engineering environment. AI coding tools are an integral part of the development workflow, and you will be expected to effectively direct, review, test, and validate AI-generated code while taking full responsibility for production quality.

• Design, build, and ship amulti-tenant SaaS platform, including backend services, web applications, mobile apps, and third-party integrations.
• Work extensively withAI coding and development tools to accelerate delivery while reviewing, testing, debugging, and improving AI-generated code.
• Take ownership ofcode quality, architecture, testing, performance, and production readiness.
• Manage infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and application operations onAWS.
• Implement and maintain strongapplication and data security, particularly for sensitive payroll and financial information.
• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs, including services related topayroll, banking, telephony, telematics, and other business systems.
• Work directly with the founder to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Take ownership of both web and mobile development as required, includingReact Native applications.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building and shipping at leastone SaaS product with real paying customers.
• Strong hands-on experience withReact and eitherNode.js/TypeScript or Python.
• Strong experience withPostgreSQL andAWS.
• Experience withReact Native, or a strong willingness and ability to take ownership of mobile application development.
• Experience integrating external APIs, particularlypayroll, banking, telephony, telematics, or similar third-party services.
• Practical understanding of application security, includingauthentication, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege access.
• Comfortable working withAI-assisted software development and taking responsibility for the resulting code.
• Strong written and spokenEnglish.
