Directly sponsored by several members of the Group Executive Committee, the Data Lab brings together expertise in Software Engineering and Data Science to design, develop, and deploy operational solutions that improve the company's risk management, business processes, products, and services. The steadily growing team now has around 50 members, mainly based in Paris, as well as in Casablanca, Toronto and Bangalore. 

We are looking for a Software Engineer who combines excellent coding skills with technical leadership. In this role, you will own complex projects, guide architectural decisions while building robust solutions for data management, API development, and alternative data sourcing. 

Examples of projects you will work on: 

• APIs that leverage our data for major international accounts 

• Web scraping and open data sourcing in all geographies 

• Alternate data sourcing to enrich risk models and business insights 

• Improving master data management for better data quality and governance 

• End-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions: from data pipelines to user interfaces 

• Building and mining knowledge graphs 

• Financial modeling and simulations 

· Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou équivalent et expérience dans un rôle de lead technique

· Au moins 2 ans en développement d’application Python avec des standards de qualité élevés et la mise en œuvre de bonnes pratiques de revues de code et d’intégration continue.

· Autonomie, curiosité, travail en équipe et partage des connaissances

· Communication en Anglais (projets dans des contextes internationaux)

Compétences souhaitées :

· Connaissance de l’écosystème Python et des librairies de Data Science

· Mise en œuvre de chaîne CI/CD et déploiement Docker/Kubernetes

· Déploiement d'application dans le cloud et infrastructure-as-code

· Utilisation de bases SQL et NoSQL (MongoDB, Neo4j, ElasticSearch, Redis…)

· Programmation front-end (React ou Angular ou Vue.js…)

· Administration Linux

Your mission: 

• Lead technical design and architecture for APIs, data pipelines, and integrations 

• Ensure code quality through reviews, enforce CI/CD standards, and improve development workflows 

• Drive data management initiatives, including master data governance and alternate data sourcing 

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to integrate models into production systems 

• Contribute to technology watch and propose innovative solutions 

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with an engineering degree in Software Engineering (or equivalent). 

• 2+ years of experience in deploying projects Strong programming skills required (Python  mandatory), ideally with exposure to complementary technologies such as ReactJS and Java. 

• Expertise in API design (FastAPI), data management, and database integration (MongoDB, Neo4j, ElasticSearch, Redis, Apache Airflow) 

• DevOps culture, including production readiness, deployment automation, and monitoring (Kubernetes, CI/CD, Kibana, Grafana) 

• English: interactions with teams all around the world 

Other appreciated skills : 

• Designing high-availability, low latency application architectures 

• Familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas) 

• Knowledge of Linux administration 

• Cloud application deployment and infrastructure-as-code (AWS, GCP…) 

• Front-end programming (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.) 

Additional Information 

Recruitment process : 

• Technical interview (video), including a review of the candidate's professional background — estimated duration: 1 hour 

• Technical assessment in Python and DevOps without AI assistance, preferably in our offices — estimated duration: 3 hours 

• Interview with the human resources department — estimated duration: 45 minutes
