Material Controller

Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Material Controller, who will be based in our site Office.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials againstpurchase orders, material requisitions, and delivery notes.
• Ensure propermaterial identification, tagging, and traceability as per ADNOC and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records ofmaterial receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
• Coordinate withwarehouse, procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams for material availability and distribution.
• Monitormaterial storage conditions and preservation requirements (coating, wrapping, shelf life, etc.).
• Issue materials to construction teams based on approvedmaterial request forms (MRF).
• Conduct regularstock audits and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and reportshortages, damages, or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure compliance withADNOC material control procedures and project specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for material delivery schedules.
• Maintainmaterial status reports, stock reports, and tracking logs.
• Supportproject close-out and material reconciliation activities.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree inSupply Chain Management, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum5–8 years of experience in material control, warehouse, or logistics in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Experience working onADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge ofmaterial management processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with construction materials includingpiping, mechanical, electrical, and civil materials.
• Good understanding ofmaterial traceability and preservation requirements in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
