Territory Sales Manager

Eastern Lift Truck Company is seeking a driven, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to expand our Warehouse Solutions Division throughout New Castle & Kent Counties, DE; Cecil & Kent Counties, MD; Southern Chester County, PA.

What You Will Do

• Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Identify, design, and sell warehouse storage and material handling solutions.
• Partner with our award-winning Hyster and Yale sales team to provide complete customer solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Manage projects from initial consultation through installation.
• Generate and follow up on leads from manufacturers, existing customers, and internal referrals.
• Attend industry trade shows, manufacturer meetings, and customer events.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure successful project execution.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven outside sales experience with a strong hunter mentality.
• Ability to develop and grow a sales territory.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up abilities.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Material handling, warehouse equipment, racking, or forklift industry experience preferred.
• Narrow Aisle (NA) and Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment experience is a plus.
