Material Issue & Control

• Issue materials to MEP, Housekeeping, Security, Fire & Safety and other departments against approved material requisitions.
• Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, returns and transfers.
• Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requests/approvals.
• Monitor consumption and identify abnormal or excess usage.

3. Inventory Management

• Maintain updated inventory/stock registers in the ERP/Excel/system.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, damaged and obsolete materials.
• Prepare stock statements and inventory reports as required.

4. Procurement Coordination

• Coordinate with the procurement/purchase team for replenishment of required materials.
• Raise material purchase/requisition requests based on stock levels and operational requirements.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders and material deliveries.
• Verify delivered quantities against purchase orders/delivery challans.
