What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the end-to-endsolution architecture for FP&A and finance transformation initiatives across SAP ecosystems
• Design and implement solutions leveragingSAP S/4HANA, SAC, BPC, Datasphere, PaPM and FI/CO integrations
• Support the operations and maintenance of the FP&A solution.
• Help drivebusiness case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to support strategic decisions
• Partner with business leaders to optimizeplanning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Lead large-scaledigital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the SDLC
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams and influence architecture standards

Basic Requirements

• 7+ years of experience insolution architecture, application development, or enterprise systems design
• Design and development experience around implementingFP&A processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting) involvingSAC, BPC, Datasphere, PaPM
• Proven experience and understanding ofSAP S/4HANA and finance modules (FI/CO)
• Experience withenterprise data modeling, reporting, and analytics platforms
• Demonstrated success buildingbusiness cases and performing financial/analytical modeling
• Experience leadinglarge-scale transformation or ERP implementations
• Strong expertise indata integration, APIs, and enterprise application architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Consulting background inbusiness process transformation or strategy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
• Exposure to regulated industries and compliance-driven environments
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps and modern SDLC practices
• Experience mentoring teams and driving architectural best practices

Travel / Work Environment / Physical Requirements 

• Hybrid or remote work flexibility depending on business needs
• Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder workshops or program delivery
