Analytics & Insights Analyst

The role will focus ondata preparation, reporting, dashboard development, data validation, and insight enablement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, developing dashboards, supporting analytical initiatives, and collaborating closely with onshore analytics professionals. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to translate defined requirements into high-quality analytical deliverables.

This position will help expand the team's delivery capacity by developing dashboards and reporting assets that align with established enterprise standards fordesign, functionality, accuracy, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare, validate, and organize data to support analytical projects and reporting requirements.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports based on defined business requirements.
• Support operational reporting processes and analytical initiatives.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Document business rules, metric definitions, reporting logic, and data requirements.

Dashboard & Visualization Development

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards using approved visualization platforms.
• Translate business requirements, mockups, and metric definitions into production-ready dashboards.
• Implement dashboard enhancements and updates based on stakeholder feedback.
• Utilize existing templates, design standards, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and accelerate delivery.
• Ensure dashboards provide a clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experience.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with onshore data scientists, analysts, and business intelligence leads to execute prioritized deliverables.
• Participate in requirements discussions, sprint ceremonies, reviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Communicate project progress, issues, risks, and dependencies in a timely manner.
• Deliver high-quality analytical outputs within agreed timelines.
• Work effectively across time zones to maintain seamless collaboration with onshore teams.

Standards & Governance

• Ensure dashboards and reporting assets comply with established standards for:
  • Visual design and branding
  • Data quality and accuracy
  • Navigation and usability
  • Dashboard functionality
  • Documentation and governance
• Follow established development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to reusable dashboard components, reporting assets, and templates to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inData Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency inSQL with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with dashboard and visualization tools such asPower BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Basic or working knowledge ofPython, R, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to independently execute well-defined requirements while following established standards and processes.
• Strong written and verbalEnglish communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-levelData Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence teams.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
• Experience withAzure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
• Experience working inAgile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Familiarity with dashboard design systems, semantic models, and reporting governance practices.
