Employee Separation Policy:  Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months.  If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update:  unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

• NBO:16 hrs
• EMR: EPIC
• OT/Holiday:1.15x multiplier
• Call Back:  1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: ***/hr
• Charge/Precept: ***/hr

Billable OT: 

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

PrimarilyCT with occasional General Radiology depending on shift/cases

active IA radiology license - [highly preferred] --- will consider licensing candidates; 1-3 week turnaround time

• minimum of 24 months experience inCT/ Computed Tomography [required]  (hospital/medical center experience prioritized)
• minimum of 12 mos experience inX-Ray [required]
• proficient experience using Siemens CT& Siemens fixed radiographic equipment [required]
• experience using Siemens portables [required]
• EPICexperience [required]
• experience withall age groups [preferred]
• ARRT (CT) [highly preferred]
• 1st time travelers welcomed!

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current CT / Computed Tomography experience[required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job; CT / Computed Topography –[required]
• Active IA radiology license at time of submission –[highly preferred] [document]
• ARRT / American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certificate –[required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date[preferred]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS - Basic Life Support –[required]
