Job Title: Beneficiary Services Specialist

Job Summary:
The client is seeking a Beneficiary Services Specialist to support clients through the inheritance and asset transition process. This role serves as a subject matter expert, partnering with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and empathetic handling of beneficiary-related requests in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to clients and beneficiaries throughout the inheritance process

• Communicate proactively via phone and email, ensuring transparency and empathy

• Process and follow up on client service requests to meet service level agreements

• Research and resolve client issues accurately and efficiently

• Manage, monitor, and document daily caseload using internal systems

• Ensure compliance with verification, regulatory, and risk mitigation policies

• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of financial services experience, preferably in client service

• Knowledge of estates, trusts, retirement accounts, and asset distribution processes

• Series 7 and 66 required (or Series 7 with 63 & 65)

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal financial systems

• College degree preferred
