Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed): 

Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after

Definition/Primary Function (including but not limited to): Under the direction of the Administrative Director, Radiation Oncology Chairman and Section VP of Diagnostic and Clinical Services: 

• Manage the administrative, informational, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance compliance and operational functions of all patient care sections of the department.
• This person manages staffing concerns, collaborating on resource utilization, resolving performance management issues, as well as managing clinical activities.
• Responsible for the supervision and day-to-day operation of the Radiation Oncology area along with ACR or ASTRO department accreditation.
• Consistently practices, advocates for and ensures customer service standards of Ownership, Appearance, Communication, Commitment to Coworkers, Privacy, waiting customers, Safety awareness, and Comfort and Attitude are practiced by all staff.

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

• 5 year experience in Radiation Therapy experience [Required]
• Management and Supervisory experience [Required]
• Bachelor Degree (Masters Degree Preferred) in Radiation Oncology or Bus Admin [Required]
• Demonstrated leadership abilities (formal and informal) required 
• Ability to demonstrate professional and mature judgment required 
• Excellent communication skills required 
• Demonstrated skill in customer service and physician relations required 
• Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred] 
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Perm address must be included in profile 
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview.  Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
