Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed): 

Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after
Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after 
New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after


8hrs Non-Billable Orientation
Call-back (if applicable), Holiday and OT multipliers:  1.25%

  • 2 Years experience, 1 YEAR CURRENT EXPERIENCE [Required]
  • National Certification - [Required] [document]  ASCP preferred, NCCT not considered
  • Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred]
  • BLS (AHA or ARC)  [required]
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need 
  • Traveler's perm address must be included in profile 
  • Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview.  Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist  XRay Technologist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year [required] [document]
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [required] [document]
  • Active American Heart Association or client BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Active National Certification - ASCP Preferred (NCCT not considered) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
