As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes
professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of
care to patients.

Billable OT: 

• 36-40
  hrs/week, OT billable after 40

  hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Employee Separation Policy:  Any past
employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel
in another Market, no matter which facility they currently work at or have
worked at within the past 12 months.  If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE
or PRN), the separation policy does not apply



Local Radius rule:No locals - All candidates must be at least 50
miles from the facility (based on driver's license)



Orientation Date(s):10/26, 11/9

Winter Holidays:Traveler will be required to work 2
of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day). Limit of 1 day off request
between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27 for all travelers.

• Would prefer the candidate have experience with the majority of our analyzers: Roche pure/pro (chemistry), Sysmex (hematology), Stago (coagulation), Echo Lumina (blood bank), Cepheid and Biofire (micro), DxU Iris (urinalysis)
• Needs to have the capability to keep up within a fast-paced environment and have good critical thinking skills.
• First-time

• The
  traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local
  campuses.
