Job Title:Mortgage Loan Processor
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months contract with the potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate:$23/hr on W2
Description:

Process residential mortgage applications, review credit, assets, appraisals, title, insurance, and loan documents.

Ensure accurate loan closing, funding, and compliance with banking regulations.

High school diploma/GED required; eligibility for NMLS registration.

Banking or mortgage experience, knowledge of loan processing systems, and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
