Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Inventory Associate to support a project-based inventory initiative in a corporate warehouse environment. This role involves operating equipment, tracking inventory, and ensuring accurate stock records. Candidates should be detail-oriented and committed to completing the full project duration.
Responsibilities
Operate cherry picker equipment (must be comfortable working at heights)
Use RF scanner to count and track inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances
Process inventory transactions, returns, and claims
Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation
Ensure timely resolution of inventory discrepancies
Communicate inventory issues impacting operations to supervisors
Perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned
Required Skills
0–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 10–20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Preferred Skills
Experience with warehouse inventory systems
Previous experience using RF scanners
Tools/Environment
RF Scanner and warehouse inventory systems
Climate-controlled, dry warehouse environment
Dress code: casual (jeans/shorts allowed; no inappropriate t-shirts)
Steel-toe shoes encouraged but not required
