Description: The Staffing Support Coordinator provides assistance to the manager for staffing and scheduling and time card editing. Generally supports several managers with a combined staff of around 200. Provides backup to Staffing Specialists to provide flexibility in scheduling for the Resource Management Department, and other clinical departments.
- Provides scheduling assistance to managers by putting out a balanced four week schedule at the designated interval.
- Assigns extra shifts as needed in preliminary sign up period.
- Makes all daily staffing and scheduling changes within API.
- Coordinates and grants vacations throughout year and manages summer vacation sign ups.
- Monitors CPT staff on monthly basis to ensure they are meeting CPT requirements.
- Provides daily time card editing of assigned unit.
