We’re looking for an Endpoint Technical Lead to join us at Telia.I’mTomas Niparavičius, Head of Endpoint Technologies, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused onbuilding secure, scalable and modern endpoint services across Telia environments.

What you’ll do:

Drive endpoint management solution strategy by combining deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration.• Develop scalable, secure endpoint solutions acrossWindows, macOS, mobile and virtual platforms
• Create standards, architectures, and integration patterns to improveendpoint security and user experience
• Consult stakeholders across IT, security, and business teams onendpoint strategy and best practices

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a technically strong and business-aware professional who can translate complex needs into practical solutions.• Proven experience inendpoint architecture, enterprise device management, or senior engineering roles
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Intune, MEMCM (SCCM), Group Policy, endpoint security, and modern workplace technologies
• Experience withidentity, certificates, and device compliance frameworks in enterprise environments
• Ability to design scalable solutions and drive outcomes acrosslarge, complex environments
• Curiosity and hands-on experience withautomation and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-assisted tools, scripting, modern platforms)
• Fluency inEnglish

Salary

Monthly salary range for this position –4,320 -6,480 Gross Eur + annual performance bonuses.
