About the job

Lead and manage a team of manufacturing operators in the day-to-day operations

Work closely with process & equipment engineers to improve equipment’s available time and efficiency, do troubleshooting and perform routine check and shift duties to ensure production goals 100% meet

15%

Schedule manpower/equipment allocation for maximum throughput, minimum equipment idle time, and finally meet 100% on-time delivery by order

Timely resolve issues, deal with emergencies, 6S implementation

Understand equipments’ capacity and constrain, manage Bottleneck tools and key products moving

Organize and coach training and certification, ensure operators get enough training and skills

20%

Participate in and monitor performance evaluation, cost reduction activities, and yield improvement project

Ensure discipline, safety, and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and do actions if needed for those violators
