Workingfromhome, you will be partofaspecializedteamon the cuttingedgeofpatientcare.Workingcollaboratively with health careprofessionals, youwillprovidea meaningfulpatientexperience,while usingyourcriticalthinkingskillstodevelop,implement,andevaluatecomprehensiveplansof careformultiple disease statepatients.As aTelephonic Registered Nurse,youwillaprofoundeffectonthe livesofthepatients and caregivers viaeachoutbound call,providingeducationand support for theirnew medication.AlongwiththeCompliance andPersistency team,youare thecontinuity of caresupportingdefinedpatientpopulationsthrough the use of our state-of-the-art telecommunicationsnursingoutreach programs.To besuccessfulinthis Registered Nurseposition, you must haveexcellentwritten andverbalcustomer service skills, aswellasadvancedcomputer skillsinorderto interactwithpatients.

ShiftandHoursfor ourTelehealthRegisteredNurse role:

10:30am-7:00 pm(CST)

These are set hours, andthis isafulltimehourlyposition.

Required Qualifications:

-A Registered Nurse must holdan unrestrictedlicenseintheir state ofresidence,with multi-state/compactprivilegesand havetheability tobe licensed inall non-compact states, territoriesandtheDistrict of Columbia based on the needs ofthebusiness.

Many states’ licensing bodies have their own specific state requirements.  Nursing boards may add more requirements from time to time and our nurses are required to meet such requirements. 

--3+ years of clinical RNexperience required, 5 years preferred

-Experience using Microsoft Office,includingWord,Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Telephonic Nursing experience

-EPIC systems experience

-Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Licensure in multiple states preferred

Education:

RN Diploma, Associates or Bachelors in Nursing

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
