The role

* Coordinate online dermatology consultations between clients and dermatologists.* Schedule, reschedule, and confirm consultation appointments based on client and dermatologist availability.* Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, chat, or other communication channels regarding appointments and consultation-related queries.* Coordinate with dermatologists to ensure consultations happen on time and resolve scheduling conflicts.* Send timely reminders and relevant consultation details to clients.* Monitor scheduled consultations and proactively follow up in case of delays, cancellations, or no-shows.* Assist clients with basic queries related to the consultation process and guide them through the online consultation journey.* Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, and consultation status.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to subsequent services or follow-ups.* Handle client concerns professionally and escalate medical or clinical queries to the appropriate dermatology team.* Contribute to improving the overall client experience and teleconsultation process.**Requirements:*** 1–3 years of experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, teleconsultation, appointment scheduling, or a similar role.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.* Strong organizational and time-management skills.* Ability to multitask and manage multiple appointments simultaneously.* Comfortable working with CRM, appointment-booking, or communication tools.* Customer-first approach with a calm and empathetic communication style.* Prior experience in dermatology, healthcare, telemedicine, clinics, or beauty/wellness is a plus.
