Your ResponsibilitiesÂ
Perform all works assigned by the Project Director / Associate / Architect to meet the established projectobjectives diligently, ensuring quality and adherence to industry standardsÂ
Support the ProjectDirector /Associate /Architecton all matterspertaining to design, technical, andapplication ofbuilding codeandregulationsÂ
Manage feasibility and design phases of the projectÂ
Analyse data obtained from site analysesÂ
Assist in documentation during the stages of conceptual and detailed design developmentÂ
Liaise with consultants on matters of design, and technical coordination issues, and building regulationsÂ
Assist with documentation and building tenders, and administer standard forms of contractsÂ
Gather necessary information for work approvals based on regulatory and legislative prerequisitesÂ
Assist in procurement activitiesÂ
Attend site or consultant meetings on matters of design, technical coordination issues, and building regulationsÂ
Work and coordinate with team members on collective assignmentsÂ
Performmodelling usingRevitorCAD, or manual drafting of sketch drawingsÂ
Leverage digital tools and platforms as well as data from computational models toassist with the pre-design and design phasesÂ

Pre-requisites and Preferred QualificationsÂ
Degree in Architectural Studies, BA (AS), BSc, BArchÂ
Well-versed in design, CAD, and 3D modelling software and technologies such as  AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, BIM software (Revit), Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft OfficeÂ
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and application of planning and building codes and regulationsÂ
Organised, meticulous, and analyticalÂ
Possesses initiative, works methodically and autonomously, and hasgood time management skills to meet challenging deadlines and client briefsÂ
Has an open and highly collaborative mindset and approachÂ
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this role. Those with the requisite work experience will be considered for the Senior Architectural Assistant role. Â
