Your Responsibilities 

• Perform all works assigned by the Project Director / Associate / Architect to meet the established projectobjectives diligently, ensuring quality and adherence to industry standards 

• Support the ProjectDirector /Associate /Architecton all matterspertaining to design, technical, andapplication ofbuilding codeandregulations 

• Manage feasibility and design phases of the project 

• Analyse data obtained from site analyses 

• Assist in documentation during the stages of conceptual and detailed design development 

• Liaise with consultants on matters of design, and technical coordination issues, and building regulations 

• Assist with documentation and building tenders, and administer standard forms of contracts 

• Gather necessary information for work approvals based on regulatory and legislative prerequisites 

• Assist in procurement activities 

• Attend site or consultant meetings on matters of design, technical coordination issues, and building regulations 

• Work and coordinate with team members on collective assignments 

• Performmodelling usingRevitorCAD, or manual drafting of sketch drawings 

• Leverage digital tools and platforms as well as data from computational models toassist with the pre-design and design phases 

Pre-requisites and Preferred Qualifications 

• Degree in Architectural Studies, BA (AS), BSc, BArch 

• Well-versed in design, CAD, and 3D modelling software and technologies such as   AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, BIM software (Revit), Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 

• Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and application of planning and building codes and regulations 

• Organised, meticulous, and analytical 

• Possesses initiative, works methodically and autonomously, and hasgood time management skills to meet challenging deadlines and client briefs 

• Has an open and highly collaborative mindset and approach 

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this role. Those with the requisite work experience will be considered for the Senior Architectural Assistant role.
