Must have skill:-
8+ years of Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis experience.
3+ years supporting insurance operations and technology initiatives.
Experience in Disability, Life, Annuity, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Billing, or Claims.
Strong experience with requirements elicitation, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
Experience working across Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
Strong facilitation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Detailed Job Description
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support MassMutuals Annuity Disability Insurance Platform Technology team. The consultant will translate business needs into functional requirements and work with business, product, architecture, development, and QA teams throughout solution delivery.Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Develop functional specifications, use cases, user stories, process flows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.Facilitate requirements sessions, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.Support Disability Insurance capabilities such as policy administration, underwriting, product rules, billing, claims, integrations, digital experiences, correspondence, and reporting.Maintain requirements traceability through design, development, testing, and implementation.Develop UAT scenarios and collaborate with development and QA teams to validate solutions.Identify dependencies, gaps, and impacts across business and technology teams.
