Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAPHR ABAP Developer.Ā 

As a Senior Developer, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accreditedĀ institution.Ā Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year ofĀ education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

  • This position may require travel to Project / client locations.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4Ā years of experience in complex SAP environments.

  • Design, develop, and supportSAP HR ABAP solutions forTime Management, Time & Labor, and CATS (CATSDB) modules.

  • Develop and enhanceABAP reports, interfaces, user exits, BAdIs, and enhancements related to employee time recording and payroll integration.

  • SupportCATSDB configuration and customization, including time entry, approvals, validations, and data transfers to Payroll, CO, and FI.

  • Build and maintaininterfaces for Time & Labor data usingIDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and file-based integrations.

  • Analyze and resolve production issues related totime evaluation, absence quotas, work schedules, and labor distribution.

  • Collaborate with functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Ensure compliance withaudit, security, and data accuracy standards for time and labor reporting.

  • Performunit testing, UAT support, performance tuning, and documentation.

  • Supportupgrades, enhancements, and ongoing HR system maintenance.

  • Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience inSAP ABAP for HCM/HR

  • Expertise inCATSDB, Time Management, and Time & Labor

  • Experience withPayroll integration

  • Knowledge ofHR info types, schemas, and time evaluation

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN : $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC : Ā $66,100 to $100,200
