Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and modern UI frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while mentoring development teams and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
Drive architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior developers.
Backend Development

Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build highly scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or messaging platforms.
Optimize application performance, security, and database interactions.
Frontend Development

Develop responsive and modern web applications using ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js.
Implement reusable UI components and ensure excellent user experience.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
Cloud & DevOps

Build and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Support monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
Agile Delivery

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development teams.

10+ years of Full Stack development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Java Microservices development.
3+ years of ReactJS/Angular development.
Experience leading teams of 5-15 developers.
Strong cloud-native and enterprise application development experience.
