Key Responsibilities

• Product Development and Management (20%)
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prioritize product features based on strategic goals and feedback.
  • Write detailed user stories and specifications for development teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate concepts.
• Product Lifecycle Management (20%)
  • Plan and execute product launches with go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics.
  • Implement continuous feedback loops to enhance user experience.
• Technical Expertise (20%)
  • Maintain a strong technical understanding of front-end frameworks.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for UI platform enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years in product management or technical program management.
• Strong technical background in UI technologies such as React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate product strategy and requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in agile environments.
• Familiarity with risk management and regulatory compliance practices.
