Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)

• Top 3 Required skills: NodeJS, ExpressJS, Javascript, Typescript

• Years of experience in each of the must-have skills: 8+

• Any Certifications required: Good to have

Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/nature of work:

8+ years of software development experience.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Node.js backend development.
Strong expertise in API design and microservices architecture.
Experience with large-scale, customer-facing applications.
Proven experience in cloud-native application development.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues promptly
Proactive approach to improving tools and workspace efficiency
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Strong expertise in NodeJS, REST API, Javascript, TypeScript, ExpressJS required to effectively contribute to development projects
