Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in React Native, Node.js, JavaScript TypeScript, and modern cloud native development. The individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable mobile and web applications while managing technical teams and stakeholder expectations. Lead architecture, design, and development of React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js. Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure quality through automated testing and CICD processes. Drive technical decisions, performance optimization, and application security.

Minimum years of experience: 8 years

Education: Bachelor’s / Masters

The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
Design and ownership of high scale backend and platform systems in distributed environments.

Architecture and implementation on of microservices, event driven, and serverless systems in production systems

Hands-on system development using Node.js, JavaScript, Java with direct responsibility for code quality and runtime behavior
