RF Engineering; RAN Automation; RAN / 3GPP / Telecom Algorithms; Python

Seeking a Telecom / RF Automation Engineer with strong expertise in RF Engineering, RAN Automation, 3GPP Standards, Telecom Algorithms, and Python. The candidate will develop automation solutions for RAN optimization, network performance analysis, RF planning, and telecom analytics. Experience in wireless technologies (4G/5G), KPI analysis, optimization workflows, and scripting-based automation is required.

Responsibilities:
Develop automation solutions for RF and RAN engineering functions.

Build Python-based tools for network monitoring, analytics, and optimization.

Support 4G/5G network planning, deployment, and performance improvement initiatives.
