Technology Lead

Job Description

GCP:

Require a highly skilled GCP Lead Data Engineer who can work on creating GCP data pipelines and also work on Data Harmonization. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and leadership teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Must Have

• Deep GCP Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions using a wide range of GCP services, including:
  Compute & Containers: GCE, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Run, Cloud Functions
• Data & Analytics: BigQuery, Dataplex, Pub/Sub (Strong SQL knowledge)
• DevOps & IaC: Expert-level proficiency in Terraform is essential. Extensive experience with Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, and Git-based workflows.
• Experience with Data Harmonization.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage client relationships effectively.
• Should be independently able to work with clients and have good communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Certification: Google Cloud Professional certification is highly desired.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience working on projects within the CPG/Retail sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
