Technology Lead

Design, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Build and manage business process automation, cloud flows, approval workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Design and maintain Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.

Develop and deploy Dataverse plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and web resources using C# and .NET.

Create and maintain custom PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Services, and Storage Accounts.

Develop and maintain REST API integrations, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph integrations, and OAuth/Entra ID-based authentication solutions.

Implement and support Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Builder, and AI-driven business solutions within Power Platform applications.

Ensure adoption of secure coding standards, performance optimization, exception handling, logging, and governance best practices.

Manage solution packaging, environment variables, connection references, managed solutions, and deployment strategies across development, test, and production environments.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git-based deployment frameworks.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance to development teams.

Support platform governance, managed environments, DLP policies, Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, and compliance requirements.

Participate in solution design discussions, effort estimation, technical documentation, testing, and production support activities.
