Job Description
Position:Solutions/Business Analyst(5-7 years)
Business Analyst to support Supply Chain area. This role involves performing comprehensive testing, creating detailed test cases, and gathering requirements for enhancements and Supplier deliverables.Mandatory Skills
- Client is looking for candidates with strong supply chain knowledge, hands-on data analysis experience, and practical expertise with tools such as ERP and SQL.
- Should have experience with SQL queries and able to debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files.
- Should have excellent communication skills, capability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Should have experience working in onsite-offshore model and should be ready to work with offshore in the onshore / offshore overlap time zone and interface directly with US-based stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and prepare/write functional documentation.
- Design, validate, monitor, and execute comprehensive system tests and create detailed test cases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with testing automation tools.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and prepare/write functional documentation.

- Deliver user stories, spikes, and defects according to iteration priorities meeting "Definition of Done"
- Update project tracking tools (Jira) daily with accurate status information
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing production support.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in system analysis or similar role.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Additional Required Qualifications
Customer is looking for someone techno-functional who understands the entire Supply Chain process, especially the Order to Cash process, also proficient with ERP, SQL and Data analytics.EEO/About Us
