Pay Range: $95 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute external communications strategies and narratives around AI, autonomous driving, and emerging technology.
- Create high-quality external content, including blog posts, social media content, talking points, media briefing materials, and thought leadership.
- Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional leaders to identify, shape, and scale compelling stories.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for industry stakeholders, media, customers, and the general public.
- Support executives and technical leaders with media preparation, speaking engagements, talking points, and briefing materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with key AI, technology, automotive, and mobility reporters, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Identify proactive opportunities to position technology, engineering work, and business impact externally.
- Collaborate across communications, engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and consistent external messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging developments across AI, autonomous vehicles, and mobility technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience in technology communications, corporate communications, public relations, or external communications.
