Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilledTechnology Architect – Machine Learning (Python) with strong hands-on experience inAI/ML development within CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) environments. The ideal candidate will work on building, training, optimizing, and deploying advanced AI/ML and GenAI solutions while collaborating closely with business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implementAI/ML models for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions usingPython,NLP frameworks, andMachine Learning algorithms.
• Build, fine-tune, and deployGenAI models, includingRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to create accurate and scalable solutions.
• Perform database operations usingSQL andMongoDB, including complex queries and data optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Infosys and Apple to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI-driven features.
• Ensure model performance monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Document architectures, workflows, model outputs, and system integrations.

Must-Have Skills

• CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) domain experience
• AI/ML development with Python
• NLP frameworks (SpaCy, NLTK, Transformers, etc.)
• GenAI & RAG model development
• SQL (advanced queries, optimization)
• MongoDB

Years of Experience in Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Python, NLP, SQL, MongoDB, and CLM-related development
