Role: Living Labs Anchor
Responsible for driving maturity of living lab and innovation engagements for clients working closely with global and local leadership teams.

  • Goals – Billability with client innovation engagement, Living Labs pipeline actions to demand of client visits, events, RFPs
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Local talent with bilingual (Japanese and English) capabilities
  • Work from office – As per WFO policy
Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize joint innovation labs and execute with clients
  • Obtain sponsorship from clients for joint innovation labs supporting leads and proposals
  • Lead joint innovation labs for clients to conduct experimentation and proof of concepts
  • Lead setup & run Living Labs for Infosys leveraging Domain/Emerging Technology/Design skills
  • Drive effectiveness of client engagement with innovation sessions and demonstrations
  • Ongoing curation of first of kind innovation demonstrations for high quality engagement and opportunities with clients and innovation ecosystem
  • Drive maturity of lab by facilitating new innovations in lab collaborating with stakeholders from multiple units/startups/partners
  • Manage the logistics/prerequisites - Network and infra for Lab
  • Manage small lab technology team and showcase anchors

Skills
  • Fluent oral, written communication skills in English and Japanese languages
  • Strong consulting experience with one or more business domain areas
  • Conducting design thinking workshops, ideations, hackathons or similar innovation constructs
  • Problem solving using interdisciplinary skills for clients
  • Awareness of Emerging business and technology trends
  • Practitioner of vibing and AI tools for innovations
  • Ability to understand and articulate the client/business context and stakeholder management
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business problem and technology solutions and articulate it in a way both sides can understand
  • Storyboarding and UX Design Skills for proof-of-concept creation using claude, open ai gpt or similar tools
  • Significant familiarity in few emerging technology experience – AI, Cloud, Data, IoT, XR, Blockchain, Quantum etc

クライアント向けのイノベーション活動およびリビングラボの取り組みにおいて、グローバルおよびローカルのリーダーシップチームと緊密に連携しながら、リビングラボの成熟度向上とイノベーションエンゲージメントの推進を担います。
  • クライアント向けイノベーション活動への参画を通じた収益化（Billability）の推進、およびクライアント訪問、イベント、RFP（提案依頼書）案件創出につながるLiving Labsのパイプライン活動を推進できること。
  • 12年以上の実務経験を有する。
  • 日本語および英語の両方で業務遂行が可能なバイリンガル人材である。
  • オフィス勤務が可能であり、会社の出社勤務方針（WFO: Work From Office Policy）に従って勤務できる。

職務内容 (Key Responsibilities)
  • クライアントと共同でイノベーションラボ（Joint Innovation Lab）を企画・構想し、その実行を推進する。
  • リード案件や提案活動を支援するため、共同イノベーションラボに対するクライアントスポンサーシップの獲得を推進する。
  • クライアント向けの共同イノベーションラボをリードし、実証実験（PoC）や各種検証活動を推進する。
  • ドメイン知識、先端技術、およびデザインスキルを活用し、InfosysのLiving Labsの立ち上げおよび運営を主導する。
  • イノベーションセッションやデモンストレーションを通じて、クライアントエンゲージメントの効果向上を推進する。
  • クライアントおよびイノベーションエコシステムとの高品質なエンゲージメント機会を創出するため、先進的かつ独創的なイノベーションデモの継続的な企画・整備を行う。
  • 複数の事業部門、スタートアップ企業、パートナー企業などのステークホルダーと連携し、ラボにおける新たなイノベーションを推進することで、Living Labsの成熟度向上を図る。
  • Living Labsの運営に必要なネットワークおよびインフラ環境の整備・管理を行う。
  • 小規模なラボ技術チームをマネジメントし、デモ展示やショーケースの企画・運営をリードする。
必須スキル (RequiredQualifications)
  • 日本語および英語による高い口頭・文書コミュニケーション能力を有すること。
  • 1つ以上の業務ドメイン領域における強力なコンサルティング経験を有すること。
  • デザインシンキングワークショップ、アイデアソン、ハッカソン、その他のイノベーションプログラムの企画・ファシリテーション経験を有すること。
  • 学際的なスキルを活用し、クライアントの課題解決を推進できること。
  • 最新のビジネストレンドおよび先進テクノロジー動向に関する知識・理解を有すること。
  • AIツールや各種イノベーションツールを活用したプロトタイピングおよびイノベーション推進の実践経験を有すること。
  • クライアントおよびビジネスの背景を理解し、適切なステークホルダーマネジメントを実施できること。
  • ビジネス課題とテクノロジーソリューションの橋渡しを行い、双方が理解しやすい形で説明・提案できる能力を有すること。
  • Claude、OpenAI GPTなどの生成AIツールを活用したPoC（概念実証）作成のためのストーリーボーディングおよびUXデザインスキルを有すること。
  • AI、クラウド、データ、IoT、XR（Extended Reality）、ブロックチェーン、量子コンピューティングなど、複数の先端技術領域に関する実務経験または深い知見を有すること。
