In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

The resources will focus on:
• Power Apps development and modernization (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate workflow automation and process optimization
• Copilot Studio agent development
• Dataverse administration, data modeling, and integration support
• Fabrics, Power BI reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Application enhancements, maintenance

• Strong technical expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Query), Power BI, Alteryx, and Python; familiarity with SAS is a plus
• Solid understanding of data structures, database concepts, and data integration
• Ability to design and build scalable, automated solutions replacing manual workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Focus on code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking to develop efficient, reusable solutions
• Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration during development and delivery
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and reporting quality
• Solid understanding of data structures and relationships across datasets
• Effective communication skills
