A. Application: Remittances – Exp is Mandatory

B.Summary:

· Responsible for analysing, studying new system solutions.

Experience with Remittances will be preferable

· Monitoring current systems along with current processes and implementing new solutions with the goal to improve overall business efficiency.

· Responsible for resolution and closure of support related queries and issues within the stipulated time frame and ensure that the system is up and running.

· Working along with the stakeholders i.e. vendor, business, operations, etc. to ensure overall efficiency in the system.

C.Duties and Responsibilities

· Analyse and evaluate current systems.

· Identify new system requirements.

· Suggest solutions for process improvement.

· Communicate with users to understand their additional requirements and needs.

· Work with IT team and developers to produce new and improve existing systems.

· Regularly test and troubleshoot.

· Fix issues in a timely manner.

· Train and educate others on the team.

D.Functional and Technical Requirements and Qualifications:

· Knowledge of relevant application

Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle

· Knowledge of programming languages like Visual Basic, C++and Java

· PL/SQL

· Operating System: Windows, Linux, Solaris and Unix

· Oracle

Basic knowledge of 3 tier architecture and components, Cloud Infra & Applications.

· Knowledge of Console (WebLogic)
